Baker Associates has experience across a range of development sectors arising from leading a number of planning applications for clients ranging from individuals to national developers.

We provide a dedicated planning service which focuses on the delivery of planning consents through working with, rather than against, the development plan system.

We work with a variety of other professionals, leading the planning application strategy to achieve the most advantageous approval for the client. This may involve early site promotion through the regional plan or local development framework, or the development of arguments reflecting the merits of a case and the appropriate interpretation of development plan policy.
