Strategic Land Promotion

Baker Associates is able to take a long term view of development opportunities and we use our knowledge of the plan led system to identify long term strategic opportunities for development.

We regularly represent land owners and developers in the promotion of land through the regional and local planning processes in order to pave the way for planning applications and development.

We undertake land searches for developers who express a particular interest in areas or types of development.

We also use our knowledge of the system and sustainable development patterns to identify potential directions for growth and then seek to represent land owners within these areas in either promoting their land for development or seeking agreements with developers (or the sale of land where appropriate) in order that they take the land forward.
