The preparation and use of good development plans has been a core part of the business of Baker Associates since the founding of the practice in 1991. We have found ways to make the most of whatever system is in place, whilst foreseeing many of the changes that have taken place. We can see how the ‘new’ arrangements are likely to evolve or change in order to get nearer to the ‘best’ system, and are applying these ideas in our work.
Baker Associates expertise ranges from Government level research to being ‘critical friends’ to local authorities and preparing parts of the evidence base.
